Events aren't showing up

Check the link is the iCal/ICS feed link — not a share link to a web page. iCloud links start with webcal://; Google's is the Secret address in iCal format. New events can take a few minutes to appear; Callie refreshes feeds regularly.

The wrong person got tagged

Open the event and pick the right person — the fix applies to the whole series. Adding nicknames under People helps Callie guess better. More in People, colors, and tagging.

A screen is showing a code again

Its link was removed or expired. Type the new code into my.callie.so under Devices and it reconnects with everything intact.

Photos aren't appearing

For iCloud, make sure the shared album has Public Website turned on; for Google Photos, make sure link sharing is on. Then check the link is pasted under Photos. Only photos already in the album show — invite family members to the album so they can add more.

Delete your account or family

Under Account → Delete family. It removes your family, members, devices, and settings from our servers. Your calendars stay in iCloud or Google, untouched — Callie only ever read the feed links.

Keep going

Create your family — Accounts, passkeys, and inviting up to five more adults.
Add your calendars — Get the private feed link from iCloud or Google and paste it in.
Link your screens — Put the board on every Apple TV, iPad, and iPhone with a 6-digit code.
